Tips Atasi Kecewa?? Yeaaaa~

Hubungan cinta yang terjalin tidak semestinya menjanjikan kebahagiaan buat semua pasangan. Adakalanya rasa kecewa menerpa apabila segala yang diimpikan tidak menjadi kenyataan. Tetapi anda tidak perlu risau kerana rasa kecewa yang dialami semasa bercinta adalah sesuatu yang normal.

Malah semua manusia di dalam dunia ini kebanyakannya pernah merasai kekecewaan akibat cinta. Apa yang membezakan di antara diri anda dan orang lain ialah cara anda mengatasi dan mengubat kedukaan tersebut.

Di sini disenaraikan 10 perkara yang mesti anda lakukan apabila dirundung malang atau kegagalan dalam percintaan.

1. Mendekatkan diri dengan Tuhan
Perkara ini tidak seharusnya dipraktikkan semasa anda bersedih sahaja. Sebaiknya sepanjang masa anda mengingati Tuhan agar hidup anda lebih tenang dan diberkati. Namun apabila berada di dalam kekecewaan, lipat gandakan lagi ibadah dan dan sentiasa bersyukur dengan apa yang berlaku. Percayalah bahawa pasti ada rahmat di sebalik segala dugaan yang diberikan oleh Tuhan.

2. Menangislah sepuas hati
Mungkin ada orang yang beranggapan menangis bukanlah jalan penyelesaian terbaik. Namun dengan menangis sekurang-kurangnya anda dapat meredakan segala tekanan yang ditanggung. Jangan pendam segala masalah yang dihadapi kerana ianya hanya akan menyesakkan lagi fikiran anda.

Malah ramai pakar psikologi percaya menangis adalah antara terapi terbaik untuk melegakan tekanan. Namun harus diingat, janganlah menangis secara keterlaluan hingga boleh memudaratkan diri. Apatah lagi jika anda seorang lelaki.

3. Mengadu pada teman
Rasa kecewa yang dialami adakalanya perlu dikongsi dengan orang lain. Namun anda harus bijak memilih teman kerana bukan semua teman mampu berkongsi kesedihan dengan anda. Pilih teman yang paling anda percayai dan minta sedikit nasihat daripadanya.

Seorang teman yang rapat sudah tentu mengenali anda secara peribadi dan mereka mampu untuk merasai segala kesedihan yang anda alami. Jadikan nasihat yang diberikan itu sebagai pemangkin untuk anda meneruskan kehidupan.


4. Menulis diari atau blog peribadi
Ada juga individu yang akan melepaskan tekanan atau rasa kecewa yang dialaminya di atas sekeping kertas. Jika cara itu sesuai dengan anda, teruskan sahaja kerana ianya cukup praktikal dan tidak menyakitkan sesiapa. Lagi elok jika anda menjadikan diari sebagai teman baik anda semasa berduka, Segala catatan yang dicoretkan adalah luahan hati anda sendiri.

Namun kini zaman semakin moden. Selain diari, blog peribadi juga sering menjadi pilihan sekiranya diri dilanda kekecewaan. Oleh itu jangan bersedih lagi kerana anda kini mempunyai ruang peribadi yang cukup besar untuk meluahkan rasa kecewa yang dialami.

5. Beri ruang pada diri sendiri
Sesetengah individu suka membuang rasa kecewa yang dialami dengan cara duduk bersendirian untuk tempoh jangka masa tertentu. Dalam tempoh tersebut anda boleh menilai semula apa yang berlaku dan mampu berfikir dengan lebih rasional. Percaya pada diri sendiri dan teruskan hidup seperti biasa.

6. Jauhkan diri dari tempat kenanganmu
Jika anda telah lama menjalinkan hubungan cinta dengan seseorang, sudah tentu banyak kenangan yang tercoret di antara kalian. Jalan terbaik cuba hindari lokasi-lokasi yang pernah menjadi kenangan cinta di antara anda dan si dia.

Dengan cara ini ianya sedikit sebanyak mampu meredakan tekanan serta melupakan kisah cinta tidak kesampaian di antara anda dan si dia. Jika anda masih tidak mampu, apa kata anda berpindah dan mencari persekitaran baru yang lebih sesuai dengan jiwa anda yang kekosongan.

7. Berfikiran positif
Apabila si dia menolak cinta anda, pasti ada sesuatu yang tidak kena wujud di dalam diri anda. Adakalanya anda tidak menyedari terdapat banyak sikap negatif di dalam diri sendiri.

Oleh sebab itu, jadikan kekecewaan yang dialami sebagai medan untuk anda muhasabah atau menilai diri sendiri. Mana yang kurang elok, segera dibuangkan supaya tragedi yang sama tidak akan berulang apabila anda menemui pengganti si dia.


8. Bergembira bersama rakan
Jika sebelum ini anda selalu menghabiskan masa dengan kekasih hati hingga anda dikecewakan, apa kata kini anda cuba meluangkan masa dengan kawan-kawan anda pula. Tidak salah untuk bergembira dan bersosial bersama rakan-rakan asalkan anda tahu akan batas-batasnya.

Mungkin dengan cara ini anda dapat melupakan atau mengurangkan rasa kecewa yang dialami. Melalui kajian yang pernah dilakukan, kaedah ini dikatakan sangat berkesan dan kebanyakan mereka yang pernah mengalami rasa kecewa yang melampau berjaya mengatasinya apabila terdapat komuniti sosial mendampingi mereka. Alangkah hebatnya pengaruh rakan-rakan di dalam kehidupan kita.

9. Buat penampilan baru
Buang imej lama anda dan tampil dengan imej baru yang pastinya lebih segar dan menawan. Secara tidak langsung kekecewaan yang anda alami memberikan kebaikan kepada diri anda. Dengan penampilan baru yang lebih segar, pastinya peluang untuk anda mencari pengganti atau meningkatkan kerjaya anda terbuka luas.

Jadi jangan lepaskan peluang kerana dengan pekerjaan yang baik serta penampilan diri yang berkeyakinan anda pastinya mampu untuk mencari pengganti yang jauh lebih menarik daripada bekas kekasih anda.

10. Cari Pengganti
Jangan terlalu lama meratapi kehilangan insan tersayang. Bangkit daripada kekecewaan yang dialami dan cari pengganti yang jauh lebih elok daripada kekasih lama. Percayalah peluang untuk anda mengubat kedukaan terbuka luas asalkan anda bijak mencari peluang. Tepuk dada tanya selera!
